La conexión a internet es muy inestable, lo que afecta a las clases en línea y a las tareas en línea. La actitud del casero en abril es muy superficial, ineficiente y con un servicio deficiente. Busca errores sin razón, descuenta dinero, pero está feliz de complacer a los extranjeros. La actitud del servicio del limpiador es muy mala. Si trabajas un poco más, se quejará y repetirá. La calidad del apartamento es muy mala, el aislamiento sonoro es muy, muy, muy deficiente, no hay suficientes percheros, la capacidad del refrigerador es pequeña y los armarios también son muy pequeños. La calidad de los residentes es desigual, lo que afecta gravemente el descanso y el estado de ánimo de los demás.
