High-speed fibre internet of up to 1.5 Gbps is provided in each apartment and included in the rent. Heat, water and hydro/electricity are not included and must be arranged and paid separately as instructed by property management.

Residents have access to study rooms, meeting spaces, a fitness centre, flexible workout space, a media and games room, billiards lounge, resident lounge with a wet bar, and an outdoor terrace with a BBQ area.

Apartments feature open-concept kitchens with a stainless-steel refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave. Each suite also includes in-suite laundry, individual temperature control, modern bathrooms and generous natural light.

Units currently offered through uhomes require a 12-month lease. Short-term leases are not presently available. The lease term and move-in date must be confirmed for the selected apartment before applying.

After confirming the unit, rent and move-in date, applicants complete the property’s online application and provide the required identification, enrolment or employment, immigration and financial documents. The last month’s rent deposit is paid by credit card when applying. Once approved, the lease is signed online, and the first month’s rent is due no later than five days before move-in.

Indoor parking, bicycle storage, storage lockers and EV-charging facilities are available, subject to availability. Indoor parking is approximately CAD 150 per month. Pricing and availability for other optional facilities must be confirmed with property management.

Vogue Residences is pet-friendly, subject to the property’s applicable pet policies. Renter’s insurance is also mandatory and must be active before move-in and maintained throughout the tenancy.
