This share house offers three diverse workspaces to suit different situations which are a Group Meeting Room, a Small Meeting Room and a Working Area.  
All shared facilities are located on the first floor, with only individual rooms and bathrooms on the second to fourth floors. 
On the first floor, you can also find the Lounge equipped with a sofa, various types of chairs, tables and where you can relax with other tenants and watch TV.  
It’s also a gathering place that can host events and board games to play with the other tenants.
Next to it there is an open kitchen, that is furnished with various types of electronics and kitchenware.  
It’s also possible to improve your physical health thanks to the Fitness Room which includes various training equipment. 
Right besides the stairs you can find the Shower and Bath rooms with Women only showers as well. 
Next to it there is the laundry room, with three washing machines free to use and a dryer at a cost.
