[Fee Details]
1. Short-term rentals require rent to be paid in full upfront, while long-term rentals require a one-month deposit and three months' rent. 
2. New students are required to pay a one-time administrative fee of SGD 327 upon check-in.
3. Prices are inclusive of 9% Goods and Services Tax (9% GST).
4. Enjoy a 5% discount for a one-time contract of 3 months or more, and a 10% discount for 6 months or more. 
5. Utilities and internet included (water, electricity, and internet bills covered).
